I have 14 years of experience in different sectors and an experience learned during the education period as I have some time relaxation benefits at that time. I have 3 years of experience in sales and marketing. Whereas 6 years in the education sector and 5 years in the social and development sector. Beside all these experiences I have exposure to learn from my seniors. • Regularly review and improve the M&E system by seeking stakeholder inputs and through consultations with practitioners in other organizations.
• Develop, in coordination with the Finance Department, a system to ensure that the program planning, including inputs and targets, is aligned with the overall program log frames and other types of M&E indicators.
• Develop, refine and manage the process for regular reporting on findings and coordinate with appropriate departments for the dissemination of information.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the M&E system, including support of field officers in continued implementation of M&E tools and instruments.
